What is your Return Policy?
New and unworn/unused items purchased online directly from totBoxx are eligible for an exchange or store credit. totBoxx must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of the delivery and all original tags must be attached. Return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other error by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package. All sale items are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us. If you need a longer return period please send us an email to email@example.com as we are willing to make exceptions in certain circumstances. Returns will be processed in 3-5 business days. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, however standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days. We also offer guaranteed 2-day shipping if you need your order ASAP. Shipping times during a SALE are approximately 1-2 weeks and orders will be shipped out in the order they are received.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and Canada at this time.
What shipping carrier do you use?

Do you work with bloggers, influencers, or brand reps?

What kind of brands does totBoxx carry?
We feature up and coming labels, often from independent shops run by fellow moms and dads, plus some mainstream labels as well.
How does your sizing work?
We carry sizes 6M to size 6. The brands we work with use standard children’s sizing. However, since we work with a lot of different brands, their sizing may vary. Refer to each product description for more details on specific item sizing.
Is totBoxx only for boys?
No. Most of our items are gender neutral and we would love to see your girls in our clothes also! The reason we lean towards boys, however, is because after having boys of our own, we found it very difficult to find simple, cool boys clothes, while there seem to be a lot of options for girls. So we created totBoxx to cater to those families that share a similar challenge to what we did.
Occasionally there are technology glitches whereby prices listed in Facebook ads and Instagram ads differ than those on our website. The prices on the website override all prices.
If there is a technology glitch on the website whereby a customer has been allowed to purchase a product when it is sold out we will let you know and refund you at the earliest opportunity possible.
